What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash on delivery. All online transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

You can modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across all UAE emirates including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Delivery times may vary by location.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within UAE. Large furniture items such as beds and sofas may require scheduling a specific delivery date. Our team will contact you to confirm a convenient delivery window.

Is delivery free?

We offer free delivery on all orders across the UAE. There are no hidden charges — the price you see is the price you pay.

Do you offer assembly service?

Yes, our delivery team can assemble your furniture on delivery. Please mention this when placing your order or contact us to arrange assembly. Assembly is available for beds, wardrobes, and bedroom sets.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Custom-made furniture orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by phone or email with your order number. Our team will arrange a collection from your address at no extra charge.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your return, it typically takes 3–5 business days to process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your account.

Do you offer custom furniture?

Yes, we offer custom-made furniture including beds, sofas, and bedroom sets. You can choose your preferred size, fabric, colour, and finish. Contact us to discuss your requirements and get a quote.

What sizes are your beds available in?

Our beds are available in standard UAE sizes: Single (90×190cm), Double (120×190cm), Queen (150×200cm), and King (180×200cm). Custom sizes are also available on request.

How do I care for my furniture?

Care depends on the material. For fabric sofas and beds, vacuum regularly and spot-clean with a mild detergent. For wooden frames, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid harsh chemicals. Mattresses should be rotated every 3–6 months to maintain even wear.
